AECOM is seeking a senior infrastructure design lead to deliver design packages for major bridges, ports, marine structures, and associated civil works. The role leads allocated design packages, coordinates multidisciplinary inputs, manages scope, program, quality, and delivery outcomes, and serves as the interface between design, construction, and client teams. Candidates should have a degree in civil or structural engineering or a related discipline, 10–15+ years of experience delivering design on major infrastructure projects, and experience leading projects through the full lifecycle. The role offers flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work, part-time, job-sharing, and alternative start and finish times.
