Description
PMA Consultants is hiring a Design/Technical Manager to lead design management and technical integration for a complex catering and industrial facility at San Francisco International Airport. The role manages conceptual plans through design validation and construction authorization, coordinates architects, engineers, consultants, equipment vendors, and other technical disciplines, and integrates specialized systems such as automated storage and retrieval systems, robotic assembly, material handling, catering equipment, refrigeration, utilities, fire protection, information technology, security, and building management systems. The position requires 10+ years of relevant design, construction, or technical project management experience, a registered architect or professional engineer, and experience with multidisciplinary design teams and progressive design-build or design-build delivery.
