Description

This role involves supporting the technical development of modular and prefabrication applications across various projects. The individual will provide technical input and conduct project control analyses during pre-construction phases to optimize offsite construction applications. Key responsibilities include assisting with design reviews, assessing risks, performing cost and scheduling analyses, and contributing to the strategic implementation of offsite construction methodologies.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to review and evaluate project-specific designs, program intent, contractual obligations, and division of responsibilities.
Experience working closely with project and design teams to assess design, identify risks, and implement strategies for offsite construction.
Proficiency in technical analysis related to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and/or fire protection systems.
Ability to provide input for constructability, risk assessment, detail examination, quantity takeoffs, and cost analysis, recommending construction sequencing and logistics.
Knowledge of offsite construction standard work methods and solutions, capable of contributing to process improvements.
Understanding of KPIs such as cost, schedule, safety, labor, productivity, quality, and sustainability.
Ability to assist Product Development teams by creating product details and digital assets via data gathering and onsite observation.
Capacity to build stakeholder relationships and gain familiarity with new offsite manufacturing technologies and applications.
Skill in providing early technical feedback for design optimization opportunities focusing on cost, schedule, and logistics.
Contribution to internal R&D efforts for modular solutions outside of direct project involvement.
