Description
The Senior Development Lead will partner with Product and business leadership to turn business problems into software solutions, owning technical direction, solution architecture, engineering delivery, CI/CD, production readiness, incident resolution, and team development. The role requires hands-on experience with backend services, APIs, databases, integrations, cloud environments, automated testing, and production monitoring, along with 5–7+ years of software engineering experience and at least 2 years leading engineers. Ecommerce, order management, inventory, fulfillment, payments, Python-based services, distributed systems, and regional-team experience are useful additions.
