UOB Innovation Hub 2 is hiring a senior technical delivery leader to own the development, testing, integration, deployment, and support of card technology systems. The role leads onshore and offshore application teams, manages stakeholders and vendors, oversees budgets and technical documentation, and drives CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, security, incident response, and operational excellence. It requires extensive banking and card-application experience, strong Java and related development skills, database and middleware expertise, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant computing field.
