Description
Hub Group is hiring a Technical Development Technician to lead technician development across its maintenance and repair network. The role provides advanced diagnostics for diesel fleet equipment, authors technical SOPs, trains and certifies technicians, manages competency roadmaps, audits shop and mobile operations, oversees mobile service truck configurations, and monitors productivity and maintenance KPIs using fleet management and data-analysis systems. It requires at least six years of progressive diesel or fleet maintenance experience, advanced electrical, emissions, refrigeration, and hydraulics diagnostics, technician leadership experience, OEM systems certification, and proficiency with TMT or equivalent fleet systems and OEM diagnostic software. Compensation is up to $41.00 per hour with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
