Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Advanced Packaging Technical Director for its Disruptive Technology Pathfinding team in Singapore. The role leads complex technology and engineering development projects focused on advanced 2.xD packaging, panel-level process integration, materials and process development, customer process specifications, equipment strategy, yield and reliability improvement, and technical mentoring. Candidates need a master’s degree with 10 years or a PhD with 5 years of experience in a relevant engineering or materials science field, along with expertise in semiconductor packaging technologies, process integration, materials, statistical analysis, and cross-functional technical leadership.
