AECOM is hiring a Technical Director or Associate Director for its Ground Engineering team. The role leads the technical development and delivery of geotechnical projects, oversees data, peer review, design calculations, schedules, budgets, and client relationships, mentors junior engineers, and supports business growth. Candidates need a relevant civil or geology degree, chartered status, strong UK ground-engineering knowledge, and experience with geotechnical design and project delivery; an MSc/MEng in a related subject is advantageous. The position offers hybrid work options and requires in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
