The role leads the technical development and delivery of geotechnical projects, oversees data, peer review, design calculations, schedules, budgets, and client relationships, mentors junior engineers, and supports business growth. Candidates need a relevant civil or geology degree, chartered status, strong UK ground-condition and geotechnical-design knowledge, and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders. The position offers hybrid work options and requires in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
