AECOM is seeking a Technical Director for its Ports & Maritime team in Australia to lead large-scale, technically complex maritime infrastructure projects. The role combines project delivery, technical direction, compliance with maritime codes, risk and safety management, client and stakeholder relationship building, innovation, and the coaching and mentoring of maritime professionals. Candidates should have extensive Defence maritime experience, a track record of high-quality ports and maritime projects, experience winning and delivering maritime programs, and eligibility for an Australia baseline security clearance. The position offers flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work, part-time, job-sharing, and alternative start and finish times.
