Description
ASM is hiring a Technical Director to identify and drive technology inflections supporting mid- to long-term business strategy, lead new product introduction programs, serve as a technical leader for customers, develop technical roadmaps, and coordinate multi-site global customer projects. The role requires a PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline, at least 10 years of semiconductor industry experience including team leadership, and strong expertise in manufacturing processes, market dynamics, customer environments, strategic execution, and executive communication.
