GEK TERNA Group is hiring a Technical Director for the concession of the E65 (VOAK). The role leads the Technical Directorate, overseeing technical project planning and implementation, concession agreements, studies and construction, operations and maintenance, budget control, tendering, stakeholder coordination, quality and safety, and personnel procedures. The position requires an engineering degree, at least 10 years of relevant infrastructure concession experience, strong budget management capability, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera, and good English.
