Description
Idealogical Group is hiring a full-time permanent Technical Director to lead its software development team and own technical delivery across XR/MR applications, real-time motion capture pipelines, embedded systems, and a multi-tenant cloud SaaS platform. Reporting to the CTO, the role combines hands-on engineering leadership with system architecture, technical review, code quality, delivery management, process improvement, AI-assisted development, and stakeholder communication. Candidates need at least 8 years of progressive software development experience, including 2+ years leading developers, along with strong computer science fundamentals, production architecture, DevOps, LLM and machine learning knowledge, and AI-assisted development experience.
