RWS Global is hiring a full-time Technical Director for its Land Production team, reporting to the Director, Technical Implementation | Land Production. The role is primarily based in Orlando, Florida, with mobile work focused on Legoland Florida Resort, including planning, budgeting, procurement, installation, strike, and debrief of entertainment and holiday/seasonal technical projects. The Technical Director leads cross-functional teams, manages project risks and budgets, coordinates with clients and venue stakeholders, and supervises technicians, vendors, and seasonal staff. The position requires AV, project management, CAD or Vectorworks, and technical installation experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).
