The State Theatre Kassel is hiring a full-time Technical Director for its INTERIM venue, a modular theatre building with a 360-degree stage. The role manages stage-technology trades, coordinates artistic and technical planning for productions and events, reviews stage-design concepts, supports productions from concept through premiere, prepares risk assessments, and contributes to the development of technical equipment and operational structures. The position requires a master's qualification in event technology focused on stage and lighting, team-leading experience, and willingness to work evenings, Sundays, and public holidays.
