TAROX AG is seeking a Technical Director to lead its technical departments and provide technical and disciplinary leadership for Production and Technical Service. The role is responsible for scalable, high-quality assembly, testing, and repair processes; quality, deadlines, budgets, and KPIs; process, tool, and interface optimization; customer, sales, and management escalation; improvement and investment projects; and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a completed technical degree or comparable qualification, several years of technical leadership experience, strong team leadership skills, hands-on ability, and excellent German and English skills.
