WSP is hiring a Technical Director to lead its Building Services team in Riyadh. The senior, client-facing role combines mechanical or electrical building services expertise with multidisciplinary MEP project leadership, technical quality assurance, team management, commercial performance oversight, client relationship development, and work-winning activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least 18 years of relevant experience, substantial experience in a leading multidisciplinary design consultancy, and strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills; a relevant master’s degree and Chartered Engineer status are advantageous.
