Böllhoff is hiring a senior technical leader to oversee Development and Production Technology for Functional Fastening, Bonding Technology, and Thread Technology in the Europe region. The role combines technical and disciplinary leadership of Product Development, Production Technology, and Tool Design; coordination of product creation and production process development projects; business-process ownership; compliance with multiple quality and management standards; digitalization of ERP, PLM, and AI systems; and Product Safety & Conformity Representative responsibilities. The position is based at the Bielefeld site and remotely for the Technology team in Hull, United Kingdom, with residence in the OWL region required.
