NXP is hiring a Technical Director to define and deploy a repeatable, traceable, and customizable end-to-end digital design flow for advanced process technologies. The role combines RTL-to-GDS implementation, static verification, PPA optimization, AI tool enablement, and hands-on agentic flow development. Responsibilities include architecting modular flows, enabling agentic execution and automated analysis, establishing flow governance, deploying flows across process technologies, and improving productivity and quality. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, director-level technical leadership experience, and expertise in EDA, digital implementation, automation, and MCP-enabled workflows.
