Description
Vantage is hiring a Technical Director, Electrical Engineering – Mission Critical Engineering, EMEA to provide senior technical leadership across complex mission-critical data centre programmes in the EMEA portfolio. The role owns electrical engineering assurance, design governance, reference design integrity, technical risk management, project delivery oversight, and leadership of electrical engineering teams and external consultants. Responsibilities span HV/MV/LV infrastructure, substations, UPS systems, generators, power distribution, protection coordination, resilience strategies, energy efficiency, AI-ready infrastructure, and product deployment support. The position requires a degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering, chartered engineer status, and 10–15+ years of experience in mission-critical or large-scale infrastructure, with preferred experience in modular delivery, BIM/Revit, international markets, liquid cooling, and product-led deployment models.
