The employer is hiring a Technical Director / Electronic Foreman to lead hands-on production of audio-frequency crossovers and related electronics. The role combines development, prototype building, circuit implementation, PCB documentation, component selection, testing, troubleshooting, low-volume production, documentation, process optimization, and technical leadership of a five-person team. Candidates need verifiable electrical engineering or electronics qualifications, practical circuit-building and analog-electronics experience, and ideally audio-electronics or crossover experience; career changers with relevant experience are also welcome.
