WSP is hiring a Technical Director for its geotechnical business in Glasgow. The role provides technical leadership and strategic direction for major geotechnical and complex ground engineering programmes, governs project quality and risk, advises on challenging engineering problems, develops client account strategies, leads multidisciplinary teams across regions, drives technical innovation, and represents WSP externally. Candidates need extensive experience leading complex geotechnical programmes, specialist knowledge in geotechnical engineering, engineering geology or ground engineering, technical governance and commercial experience, strong client and stakeholder management skills, and chartered status with a relevant professional institution.
