AECOM is hiring a Technical Director – Geotechnical Engineering to provide strategic technical leadership and practice direction for complex geotechnical infrastructure projects across Auckland and New Zealand. The role covers transport, water, energy, soft-ground, slope stability, retaining structures, deep excavations, foundations, ground improvement, numerical modelling, design coordination, construction support, technical review, client relationship development, business development, and mentoring of technical teams. The position requires a civil or geotechnical engineering degree, CPEng status or eligibility, and 20+ years of geotechnical engineering or consulting experience, with flexible work arrangements available.
