GHD is hiring a Technical Director – Tailings to lead and support technical delivery on tailings and mine waste projects globally, including TSF design, geotechnical investigations, laboratory testing, dam safety, and client relationships. The role also involves business development, technical scope and fee development, mentoring, and participation in GHD’s School of Tailings. It is a full-time position based in one of several West-region offices, with a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office, and offers a salary range of $155,000 to $258,000 based on location and experience.
