Aptive is hiring a full-time Technical Director, Integrations in Provo, Utah to own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, reliability, security, and scalability of its integration and middleware platform. The role leads and mentors integration and middleware engineers, manages third-party and vendor integrations, defines API and integration standards, and partners with Product, Engineering, Data, and vendor teams. It requires 7+ years of software or integration engineering experience, including 2+ years leading or managing an engineering team, along with deep hands-on experience with APIs, message queues, event streaming, webhooks, and production integrations.
