Capitalheads is recruiting a Technical Director (m/f/d) for a modern utility company in the eastern Greater Stuttgart area. The role manages operational divisions covering electricity, heat, water, civil engineering, planning, grid construction, and maintenance; leads approximately 50 employees in technical operations and technical projects; oversees major projects such as district heating; and coordinates budgets, quality, safety, compliance, KPIs, and reporting. The position requires a technical degree or comparable qualification and several years of professional and management experience, ideally in energy or utilities.
