Carboline is hiring a Technical Director of Application Development to lead product innovation at its St. Louis Research & Development Lab. The role directs technical teams, aligns R&D resources with corporate and market priorities, manages stage-gate product development projects, coordinates cross-functional product issues, supports laboratory performance and budgeting, and approves technical product releases. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry or a related scientific discipline, at least 10 years of R&D experience, and 5 years of supervisory or management experience. The position is on-site in St. Louis, requires extended computer use, and involves 10–20% travel.
