Description
The employer is seeking a Technical Director of Maintenance & Service to lead and develop the Technical Service for approximately 60 employees across maintenance, projects and plant planning, and automation for two production units. The role oversees plant availability, maintenance strategy, spare-parts management, CAPEX, construction projects, automation and digitalization, employee development, and occupational health and safety. Candidates should have an engineering degree, several years of metal-processing industry experience, technical leadership experience, project leadership experience, and strong English skills; the position is based in the Aachen region.
