GHD is hiring a Technical Director for its New Zealand Planning team in Auckland. The role provides technical leadership across planning, environmental assessment, engagement, and multi-disciplinary projects; manages complex projects as a Project Manager or Project Director; develops client relationships and market opportunities; and mentors planners. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least 20 years of planning experience, preferably with an infrastructure focus, full NZPI membership, strong consultancy and client-networking experience, and Auckland-based availability. The position follows a hybrid model with three days in the office.
