Description
The Director, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Platform Engineering will define and execute the engineering strategy, governance, modernization, and long-term evolution of the enterprise PLM platform supporting global R&D, product development, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory capabilities. Reporting to the Executive Director, ERP & Value Chain Platform Engineering, the role leads PLM platform evaluations, COTS solution selection, legacy-to-COTS migrations, implementation governance, validation readiness, platform stability, and the development of a high-performing engineering organization. The position requires extensive enterprise PLM leadership and implementation experience, with a base salary range of $139,850 to $241,550 and medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
