Description
The Technical Director Real Estate will provide overall technical leadership for a family office’s large real estate portfolio in the Greater Düsseldorf area. The role covers portfolio assessment, maintenance and modernization, investment measures, coordination of external service providers and contractors, technical decision-making documentation, transaction and due-diligence support, and coordination with owners, tenants, and authorities. It requires strong construction and real estate expertise, at least twelve years of professional experience, and ideally five to eight years as a technical project manager.
