AECOM is hiring a Technical Director-level Sector Manager for its Transmission & Distribution business in Sydney, New South Wales. The role leads a broad team of electrical and related engineers, designers, and delivery managers; oversees the team’s work pipeline, client relationships, people development, delivery KPIs, and commercial outcomes; and supports ways-of-working change processes across the ANZ market. The position is based in AECOM’s Sydney office with hybrid work options and requires experience leading established engineering teams, with T&D design, delivery, or client relationship capabilities preferred.
