GHD is hiring a Technical Director – Tailings Dams to lead technical teams and provide technical leadership on tailings storage facility planning, investigation, design, geotechnical studies, dam safety, project feasibility, and related research and knowledge-management activities. The role is based in Quebec, with multiple locations available, and requires a civil or geotechnical engineering degree, a Professional Engineer licence and OIQ membership, more than 16 years of tailings and mine waste engineering experience, and bilingual English and French proficiency. The position is full-time with flexible work options.
