Ciena is hiring a Technical Content and Solutions Specialist to support its Digital Asset Management ecosystem by creating structured, reusable, and machine-consumable technical content. The role combines technical writing, DITA/XML and AEM authoring, metadata and taxonomy management, and Python-based automation and API integrations to improve content discoverability, retrieval, and lifecycle governance. Candidates need at least five years of experience with DITA, XML, structured authoring, AEMaaCS, AEM Sites, Adobe Edge Delivery Services, LLM APIs, and DAM systems.
