The Technical Documentation Specialist will optimize and standardize technical documentation, develop digital tools and AI applications, create operating, assembly, and maintenance instructions, analyze workflows, and collaborate with specialist departments to improve documentation standards. The role requires commercial or technical training or a relevant degree, preferably prior technical documentation experience, strong German skills, and a structured, solution-oriented approach. It offers an annual salary of €40,000–€50,000, a 40-hour week, flexible work models, and a hybrid arrangement with 2–3 office days per week.
