Wabtec is hiring a Technical Documentation Specialist for its Embedded Systems Engineering group to develop, maintain, and improve technical documentation for railway display and audio systems. The role involves creating system descriptions, datasheets, installation and maintenance manuals, diagrams, schematics, and compliance materials; collaborating with engineering, certification, and customer teams; managing version control and localization; and supporting tender and project deliverables. Candidates need a degree in technical communication, electrical engineering, or a related field, proven technical writing experience in railway, embedded systems, or industrial electronics, strong interpretation of engineering drawings, documentation-tool proficiency, and fluency in German with strong English communication skills.
