Description
The Project Analyst will analyze construction project specifications, architectural plans, bills of quantities, and technical data sheets; prepare cost estimates and quotations; manage project documentation; and independently manage smaller projects up to €50,000 from estimating through execution and settlement. For larger projects, the role provides operational support to the project manager. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong Dutch communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and an interest in construction and wood. It is a permanent full-time role with a 40-hour workweek and additional leave and benefits.
