The role prepares marketing floor plans, maintains site and location plans, reviews construction documents, handles damage reports, checks construction invoices, and supports technical management of existing properties. Applicants need a technical drafting or comparable qualification, strong technical and spatial skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent German, a professional manner, and a class B driver’s license.
