The employer is hiring a Technical Drafter / Production Planning Coordinator in timber construction for full-time or part-time work. The role combines 3D CAD design of roof trusses, timber houses, and engineered timber structures; conversion of design data into machine-readable data for automated prefabrication; technical coordination with architects, site managers, and clients; preparation of timber and parts lists; and administrative support including quotes, tenders, customer and project files, supplier communication, and payroll preparation. Candidates should have relevant technical-drafting or construction-technician training, CAD experience, and knowledge of timber structures and prefabrication processes.
