Description
The employer is hiring an AutoCAD draftsperson to develop and deliver technical design drawings for infrastructure, utility lines, and technical installations. Responsibilities include preparing signage, site layout, cross-section, detail, permit, construction, and floor plans; developing existing conditions into new designs; finalizing as-built plans; coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders; managing files; and validating plans against legal, technical, and client requirements. The role is based in Drongen, offers an immediate permanent contract, allows up to two days per week from home, and requires AutoCAD knowledge, a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, construction-plan analysis skills, and a Category B driver's license with personal transportation.
