Henco is hiring a Technical Drafter in Herentals, Belgium, to support R&D and Engineering by developing and managing 2D and 3D CAD drawings, production layouts, technical documentation, P&IDs, site plans, and as-built drawings. The role collaborates with R&D, Engineering, Production, and external suppliers while maintaining standards, revisions, and document control. Candidates need a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of relevant drafting experience, CAD proficiency, and strong organizational and communication skills.
