Description
The client is hiring a Construction Draftsperson to develop formwork and reinforcement plans for residential projects, including apartments, care centers, single-family homes, housing developments, and renovations. The role involves drafting 2D and 3D construction plans, preparing bills of materials and quantity takeoffs, supporting the construction team, digitizing surveys, and working in BIM environments, primarily using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
