Description
The Technical Editor will create and maintain illustrated spare parts catalogs for complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical/electronic systems in the defence sector. The role involves reviewing documentation, creating catalogs according to ASD S2000M and DB Spec guidelines, ensuring technical and linguistic accuracy, requesting client documentation, performing codification, monitoring obsolescence, and coordinating with internal and external departments. Candidates need a degree or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or comparable engineering, basic technical documentation knowledge, and preferably experience with ASD specifications and defence equipment.
