Description
FERCHAU is hiring a Technical Editor Mechanical Engineering to create, maintain, and update operating, assembly, maintenance, service, safety, spare-parts, and bill-of-materials documentation; produce 2D/3D technical illustrations from CAD data; structure documentation; support ISO 12100 risk assessments and machine-safety documentation; integrate supplier documentation; and collaborate with design and development. The role requires a technical degree or training, one to several years of technical documentation experience in mechanical or plant engineering, German and English proficiency, knowledge of CE conformity and machine safety, and experience with technical publishing systems and CAD-based illustration software. The position is based in Nottuln, North Rhine-Westphalia.
