AFT-Group is hiring a Technical Editor / Technical Documentation Specialist for its Schopfheim, Germany site. The role reports to the Technical Manager and is responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for machines and systems, including operating and maintenance manuals, system descriptions, spare parts documentation, and other technical materials. The specialist will gather information from engineering, project management, and other departments; present complex technical issues clearly; ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements; integrate supplier documentation; develop documentation structures; create texts, graphics, and technical representations; and coordinate with customers and internal project teams. The position requires a technical qualification, strong technical understanding, communication skills, and familiarity with tools such as MS Office, ERP, EDM, CAD, and Inventor.
