Housing Construction Cooperative Schönebeck eG is hiring a Technical Employee to manage and deliver new-build and renovation projects across all service phases, including contract award, service acceptances, invoice review, cost monitoring, stakeholder coordination, authority and funding-provider communication, cost-effectiveness reviews, and maintenance planning. The role also supports the technical manager with budgeting and medium- and long-term renovation planning. Candidates need a civil engineering, architecture, or comparable technical qualification, professional planning or construction experience, knowledge of VOB and HOAI, strong German skills, and a class B driver’s license.
