Ping Identity is hiring a Technical Enablement Associate to support technical enablement for Sales Engineering, Partner Pre-sales, and other go-to-market teams. The role involves configuring and troubleshooting demo, lab, and proof-of-concept environments; creating reusable technical enablement materials; executing test cases; supporting live and virtual events; and coordinating program operations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent experience, customer-facing or communication experience, basic programming or scripting experience, and foundational knowledge of information technology, cybersecurity, cloud, APIs, or identity and access management. The salary range is $70,410–$88,013, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule and up to 10% travel.
