H&M Group is hiring a full-time Technical Engineer for its Retail Payments team to drive payment initiatives from idea to implementation across markets, vendors, and internal teams. The role coordinates stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans; supports payment solution rollouts; improves governance and operational routines; facilitates decision-making; and challenges commitments when timelines or quality are at risk. Candidates need experience in project coordination, delivery management, or systems integration, along with stakeholder management, payment-system, POS, and technical-integration knowledge. The position is hybrid and based in the company office in Stockholm, Sweden.
