Description
The Technical Engineer, Low Latency Trading Platform will translate business and technology requirements into changes within a low-latency equities trading stack, coordinate technical changes with vendors, exchanges, carriers, and clients, support network and infrastructure architecture decisions, provide platinum production support, and collaborate with APAC and global technology and business stakeholders. The role requires strong Python, Unix, Linux, shell scripting, FIX messaging, and electronic trading expertise, including experience with trading platforms, front-to-back office systems, stock exchanges, and market-data infrastructure; five years of similar electronic-trading experience is preferred.
