Valtech is hiring a Technical Engineer to provide service management for real-time fraud detection and a bank’s centralized audit database supporting SOX compliance. The role covers incident and problem management in ServiceNow, proactive monitoring with Dynatrace and Kibana, ITIL process improvement, out-of-hours patching and change coordination, and infrastructure obsolescence and migration support. Candidates need IT service management experience in financial services or a regulated environment, strong ITIL knowledge, ServiceNow experience, Linux/RHEL and on-premises hosting familiarity, and strong stakeholder management; monitoring, messaging, batch scheduling, mainframe, database, and fraud detection experience are preferred. The position is full-time in Bengaluru with remote and hybrid work options depending on the country.
